Delete your UpSkilliT Studio account

You can delete your account and its data at any time — in the app or on this website.

Option 1 — delete it yourself (instant)

1. Open UpSkilliT Studio and sign in (Google or mobile number).
2. Go to the Credits tab → Your account → Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2 — ask us

Email jag@upskillit.com from the email address you sign in with, or tell us the mobile number you use. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (Google or mobile number), name, email and mobile number
• All your songs, videos and Status videos, your shared and gift links, and any photos you uploaded
• Your credits, credit history and invite code

What we keep, and why

• GST tax invoices and payment records for purchases you made — Indian tax law requires us to keep them (currently up to 8 years). Your name, email and phone are removed from our purchase records.
• Short-lived server logs used for security, which expire automatically.
